So, it rained on Thursday in #Sacramento #California and when I got to school, I parked on the 4th floor. While walking to Archery we passed this waterfall flowing through a crack in the ceiling. There is another floor of cars above. The crack was not designed to drain water. There are cracks all over the place in the road surface.
Almost every building at ARC has pigeon abatement added on or built in to their design. The parking structure seems to have forgotten this and the 4th floor is infested. How could something like this slip through the planning and implementation phase?
At Starbucks, I often park and sit in my car reading for class. It provides a quiet spot to where I can vape or smoke without anyone complaining or saying anything. There are two parking spaces in this section and what would be a third is blocked off. This guy decided to park there anyway even though there are concrete parking space dividers placed in an obvious manner as to indicate that parking is not permitted. It is for a most logical reason, opening the door will hit landscaping or a wall. I just marvel at the selfish stupidity that makes people think this is ok. I guess I am just getting old.
