So it has been about a week and a half since the semester ended and I really have not done much in the way of keeping my goals for fitneas that I set during the Circuit Weight Training class. Until thia morning and while I only did a little work out for about 15 minutes, it was a start. Tomorrow I will try and do 15 more. One day at a time. I miss the routine of the summer semester already and am longing for the fall semester to start.
